Techniques to Improve Garment Quality

Product manufacturing process is always complicated, and it’s more vital point for the manufacturer to keep product quality. Because less quality product can’t meet, users demand and it is also harmful to company’s goodwill. It is a fact that if you are a consumer and you may not become pleased by purchasing a defective product. It is not always a prime factor for manufacturers to gain profit by delivering defective products to consumers. Hence, they become more conscious of improving quality standards by implementing various quality methods in the production process. A good quality product is the constant good practice and mutual fruitful efforts of all concern people like staffs, workers, and management. Nowadays renowned companies do not compromise with any quality issue.

13) Cutting section is another ground to keep garments quality. 100% cut panel inspection is required to demolish defective items.
14) Implement 100% inspection of all important processes such as machine embroidery, hand embroidery, printing, seam sealing, washing etc. Do not compromise on any defective issues and must be returned or remake to maintain product quality.
15) Emphasize on in line and end line quality inspection and inspire line quality to find out reject. Traffic light system (TLS) is an active technique to accomplish this task.
16) 100% physical inspection need to be done after stitching and in the finishing section.
17) Analyze nature of quality rejects and evaluate the root cause to demolish quality problems.
